Good news Red, I don't think Elh wants you to stop treating him like a guy.

Glad that this looks like it's going to take a turn for the better. Who knew all it took for Elh to see that Red wasn't like others was for Red to actually have a chance to show it?

it seems like Red's still not quite getting it, but he's at least able to understand some of Elh's feelings/insecurities, even if he dosn't quite get the reasons.

honestly, the fact that he, someone who's completely uneducated/unaware with the concept of gender identity, was able to glean much of anything from Elh's unfocused anxiety/anger-fueled lecture demonstrates he's got more intelligence than he was being given credit for. he also probably trusts and understands Elh as a person enough to get that he'd have a reason for doing all this and that it wasn't just a weird lie that he got stuck into.

To be fair, even a genius wouldn't entirely get it if they don't have enough essential information. As we've all noted all along, Red doesn't have that information.
