If I'm deciphering this correctly then it's clear he feels he has an advantage over you, perhaps because he fucked your sister that it was your role to protect, or perhaps because he bullied you into admitting you hacked his account, which you shouldn't have done either. Either way, he feels he has power over you and is using it. It gives you only a few choices, submit, challenge, neutralize or avoid.
If submit, well then work on making it better for yourself within those confines.
If challenge then win somehow. Harder and may develop an enemy for life.
If Neutralize, then find a way to negate his advantage, you are the best judge as to how. Not giving a fuck might be a good start if your cultural norms permit. Have you told his dad where he is and what's going on? Not sure I would but his dad is a force he might fear and could end this silliness.

And yeah not calling him friend means he doesn't get to use your "friendship", so less exposure for you. If not friends he should have moved out of your house, if not friends, then less reasons to talk to you. If not friends and still seeing your sister then.... Have you publicly asked them for marriage plans? You might have dropped the ball once with your sister for your cultural expectations of your duties, but you can start again, now, with someone that is not your friend. Seek help understanding their "relationship" from your parents or his... Would they both end it quickly then.
